Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Text

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the purpose of processing. In case of expiration of the storage period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data owners, you have the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information regarding your personal data being processed.
• Request information regarding your personal data being processed.
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad.
• Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly.
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the KVKK.
• In case your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed, request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred.
• To object to a result that is detrimental to you as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

7. Application and Contact

You can submit your requests regarding your personal data to the data controller, Asalphan İnşaat, in writing in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Your request will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
